- Abstract
The article presents information about a model program for special-needs adoptive families in crisis. Adoptive families in crisis may have huge needs in behavior management, education and/or dealing with emotional difficulties which may need contact and arrangement of services with two or more agencies. The families who adopt special-needs children are faced with problems such as finding support and treatment services which meet their needs suitably and locate service providers with adoption-specific skills and knowledge.
