- Authors
Danehower, Carol; Lust, John A.
- Abstract
This article looks at employee benefit satisfaction. As cost and benefits of employee benefits increase, the need to understand how employees view and value their benefits becomes even more important. The scope of employee benefit satisfaction is investigated in order to understand and measure its concerns. The multidimensional measure of benefit satisfaction was tested as a predictor of overall benefit satisfaction with individual benefit package components.
