A context which has seen the building sector come out of the economic crisis, starting with industry 4.0, using new tools and techniques: digitization processes, prefabrication, as well as a new Procurement Code. A brief summary of the technical results and innovations of process and product achieved through a research between the PDTA Department of the Sapienza of Rome and a family business type enterprise operating also in the earthquake struck areas.
