The author reflects on the meaning of surrogacy and how she handled it as part of her role as a midwife. Being a student midwife in Great Britain, she says that she experienced an opportunity to care a surrogate mother. She observes that the intended parents were always made themselves welcome and involved in the labor. She wonders the feeling of the surrogate mother and her husband regarding the surrogacy. She research additional information about surrogacy to find its actual procedures.
