- Abstract
The article presents the author's comments on the design of an organizational development (OD) curriculum. It reports that versatile intervention design should constitute OD for effective implementation of business strategy. It reflects that cross-cultural skills should be included in OD curriculum to allow internal OD practitioner to implement business strategies globally. It is noted that the curriculum should be flexible to accommodate latest OD innovations.
