The article presents a case study of a 19-year-old man who was presented with a perineal mass and discomfort. Physical examination showed an empty and poorly developed left hemiscrotum, then was diagnosed with perineal ectopic testis. The article discusses the possible use of orchiopexy is the treatment for the condition.
