- Abstract
The article presents two case studies of two Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (Ph+ALL) patients. A four-year-old boy with recurrent Ph+ALL died of progressive disease despite undergoing two bone marrow transplantation (BMT). A woman who was initially diagnosed with Ph+ALL when she was 13-years-old experienced a relapse 20 years after receiving allogeneic haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT).
