- Abstract
The article evaluates the Pennsylvania Supreme Court's decision in the Court case D.L.H. regarding surrogate health care decision makings. It expresses the role of guardians in taking decision regarding life-preserving and life sustaining treatment under the Health Care Agents and Representatives Act. It mentions that hospital has authority to provide treatment and the guardians had no right to refuse treatment.
