- Abstract
The article discusses the objectives of the National Science Teachers Association (NSTA) for the development of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) education in the U.S. The author focused on imagination and innovativeness among students and science educators as the most needed skills that would prepare students for the complex work environments of the 21st century.
