Nanotech growing pains.
- Authors

- Abstract
The article reports that Great Britain nanotechnology firm Oxonica has been locked in a court battle over the intellectual property dispute on the fuel additive, called Envirox. Oxinica asked the High Court in London to rule that it does not need to keep paying royalties for the product to Neuftec, a company that first licensed the fuel additive technology to Oxonica in 2001. Oxonica now uses a different technology to make its additive, and therefore no longer falls under Neuftec's patent.
