- Abstract
The article presents information on a study conducted on the formation of nanosized particles of nickel and silver through flameless combustion of cellulose nitrate. In the study, the energy-rich component was cellulose nitrate (CN), and the ballasting components were pure nickel hydroxycarbonate, pure silver carbonate, ammonium carbonate, and silicon powder. The study also involved the use of X-ray powder diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, and the Scherrer equation.
