The article presents a case study of a 66-year-old woman who was admitted for whole-body bone scan. She was formerly diagnosed with cancer in the left breast and had no history of falls, trauma, or fractures. The absence of extravasation of radiopharmaceutical was proven by the performed orthogonal views. The alignment of the uptake in the right elbow to the distal humerus was found, which is typical of Paget's disease.
