A case study of a 64-year-old man presented to the out patient clinic with a two-week history of a gradually growing lump in his left breast. Topics include presence of an indistinct echogenic halo around the lesion and internal vascularity raised suspicion for an underlying malignant neoplasm; and the radiologic and histologic findings are compatible with single-site primary follicular lymphoma (FL) of the breast with high-grade components.
