- Abstract
The article offers information on a patient with pemphigus vulgaris who had developed oral mucosal lesions and was treated with treatment with systemic corticosteroid along with application of ingenol mebutate gel to an actinic keratosis on the nose. It mentions his histopathological examination which revealed subcorneal acantholysis indicative of pemphigus foliaceus. It also states use of indirect immunofluorescence which showed IgG deposits on keratinocyte cell surface.
