- Abstract
Emotional intelligence (EI) is one of the most important factor in an effective management (according to this activity's aspects which are directly related to interpersonal relationships. EI importance analysis is particularly relevant in terms of a leadership phenomenon. Various management functions' efficiency is related to a realisation of a leadership potential. According to this field scientists, a manager's emotional intelligence is one of the most important aspects of his / her leadership profile. These skills' development can considerably improve specialists' professional activity's efficiency (talking about management). The research aim is to analyze managers' EI and its structural elements, to determine development possibilities, and to design managers' EI training decisions and their implementation means. To reach the aim of the paper at the theoretical level there is performed a scientific literature analysis, generalization and comparison. For an empirical research of managers' EI training opportunities and a design of decisions there has been used qualitative and quantitative analysis methods. To form managers' EI training program and an organization's phases there has been applied graphic representation. Based on a research there has been formulated solutions for a management of emotional intelligence in order to improve operational efficiency for organizations, a management of emotional intelligence training program and defined implementation procedures.
