- Abstract
The article focuses on evaluating the accuracy of Essential Tumor, Node, Metastasis (TNM) staging for large colorectal cancers (T3/T4) when nodal status information is unavailable. Topics include the challenges in staging cancer cases, the reliance on Essential TNM guidelines when nodal status is missing, and the potential under-staging of T3/T4 tumors due to absent nodal information, despite the assumption that nodes are absent in such cases.
