- Abstract
The article reports on the pair of little ravens of Corvus mellori, an omnivore which feeds on small birds. It says that a pair of little ravens killed, hunted, and ata a lone sharp-tailed sandpiper or Calidris acuminita at Cheetham Wetlands near Melbourne, Victoria during a field work breeding study of red-capped plovers on March 17, 2010. It also mentions that a red-capped plover's egg and an adult red-capped plover was eaten by little ravens on November 11, 2010.
