- Abstract
The article presents information on a study conducted on a dried specimen of Fistularia commersonii fish species from Lebanon. The specimen was collected from the private collection of an old fisherman on October 24, 2009. The specimen was captured in 1975, by a trammel net in a fishing port near Beirut, Lebanon. The study found that the specimen was badly preserved as it was having small holes created by insects, and the tips of the fins were missing.
