- Abstract
The article discusses the legal aspects of employee's workplace privacy in the U.S. as of May 2014. The topics discussed include the ways in which employers gather information about their employees, use of global position systems (GPS) to track employees' position, U.S. Supreme Court's role in employers' efforts to monitor employees. Also discussed are the provisions of U.S. Computer Fraud and Abuse act of 1984.
