- Abstract
In this paper, the artificial boundary method for anisotropic problems in an infinite domain with a concave angle is investigated. The exact and approximate boundary conditions on an artificial boundary are given. Finite element approximations are applied to the problem in a bounded computational domain and error estimates are obtained. Finally, some numerical examples show the effectiveness of this method.
