Haemangiomas are the most frequent tumours of head and neck in children. However, their intranasal location is extremely rare. Only 11 cases of such haemangioma localization have been described in English literature. The most frequent signs of the haemangiomas are unilateral nasal blockage and recurrent epistaxes. We present a case of a child with intranasal haemangioma with unique location, causing that it was difficult to diagnose and treat.
