The article presents a study which compares the initial systemic maternal adaptation to pregnancy in women who do and do not develop a recurrent hypertensive disorder in their next pregnancy. The study is investigated by unpaired t test, blood pressure analysis, and phased-array echocardiographic Doppler system.
