- Abstract
The article offers information on the increasing importance and application of the computer-assisted review technologies in e-discovery search and review methodologies by the expert witnesses for providing evidence before the court. It discusses the U.S. Supreme Court decision in the case Daubert v. Merrell Dow Pharmaceuticals Inc. regarding use of standards set forth in Federal Rule of Evidence 702 for search methodologies of electronically-stored information (ESI) by the expert witnesses.
