- Abstract
The article examines the U.S. Government's response to the Chinese reverse merger transactions in order to gain access to U.S. markets. It informs that a reverse merger transaction involves a merger between a private company and a public shell company, a company with nominal assets. It also informs that reverse mergers are advantageous due to the fact that private companies can become public reverse mergers.
