- Abstract
The article discusses the ruling of the Idaho Supreme Court on the reserved rights of the Coeur D'Alene Reservation. Topics include the state of law prior to the Coeur d'Alene decision and distinction between the homeland purpose theory and the controlling case law's rule of primary secondary distinction, the Coeur d'Alene decision, and why the homeland standard makes sense in the context of Indian reservations.
