The article discusses litigations related to the rule issued by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) for the health insurance for contraceptives, including female sterilization as of March 25, 2014. It discusses the U.S. Supreme Court case Sebelius v. Hobby Lobby Stores and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit case Halbig v. Sebelius. Also discusses several legal issues including the business protection under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA).
