- Abstract
The article presents a case study of 33-year-old woman associated with early T-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukaemia minimal (ETP-ALL) along with its diagnosis through minimal residue disease (MRD) examination through next-generation sequencing (NGS). It states observation of somatic mutations through whole genome sequencing (WGS) with analysis of buccal mucosa DNA. It mentions determination of genomic analysis for leukaemia for monitoring MRD prior to chemotherapy.
