- Abstract
An interview with Matthew Hoh, Director of the Afghanistan Study Group and Senior Fellow at the Centre for International Policy, Washington, D.C. is presented. When asked about his thoughts on Afghanistan, he refers to the Karzai government as irrelevant and talks about the worse relationships with Pakistan. He believes in the second, third and fourth-order effects that provide offshore balancing in Afghanistan. He gives suggestions to students to work in international affairs.
