- Abstract
The article offers information about the developments in the case related to the open access to legal scholarships. Topics discussed include management of the stakeholders' interests with the copyright principles, impact of the Fair Access to Science and Technology Research Act of 2013 on the Congressional policies related to science and technology and impact of the U.S. Congress policies on the legal scholarships. It further discusses the policies made for access of the legal scholarships.
