- Title
Reproducibility restored-on toward the human interactome.
- Authors

- Abstract
The article discusses the two-laboratory study of the reproducibility of affinity purification-mass spectometry. M. Varjosalo and colleagues formulated a standardized process for parallel interactome analysis to attain highly reproducible data between two active laboratories. The study shows that the complexities of high-throughput protein-interaction biochemistry can be operated by standardizing experimental and bioinformatic approaches, and that interactome projects are technically feasible.
