- Abstract
The article discusses how geographic distribution of unequal French speakers and English speakers of mother tongue in Canada. It notes that bilingualism mass French-English across the country inevitably faces the challenges of reaching the goal in parts of the country without a critical mass of French speakers. It adds that most makers clearly prefer to focus on the almost 20% of the population who speak both the French and English. It states that bilingualism rates of the language population English kindergarten in the Quebec part of the bilingual belt are considerably more higher than in 1961.
