- Abstract
The article discusses the European Court of Human Rights case Pentikäinen v Finland which deals with the claims of photographer Markus Veikko Pentikäinen on the violation of police with his freedom of expression and information under the article 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights during a demonstration. The court ruled that there are no act of violation of article 10 during his conviction and detention due to disobeying the police who called for the dispersal of the crowd.
