- Title
How the World's Most Underdeveloped Nations Get the World's Most Dangerous Weapons.
- Authors
Forden, Geoffrey
- Abstract
The article examines how underdeveloped countries get the world's most dangerous weapons. The proliferation of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) can be attributed to the sharing of a common path or elements by nations in search for WMD. Secrecy in the nuclear weapons program and missile technology of proliferators have their adverse effects. Failure of secrecy as a barrier may result to reverse engineering or turnkey acquisitions.
