The article presents case study of a 23‑year old man who was diagnosed with Paroxysmal sympathetic hyperactivity (PSH) due to fourth ventricular tumor resection resulting in cerebrovascular constriction syndrome. It mentions that treatment of autonomic dysfunction was attempted with morphine, beta‑blockers, dexmedetomidine, and clonidine.
