- Abstract
The processes of separation of true emulsions are considered that consist in the destruction of protective shells and the subsequent coalescence of liquid globules. A method for separating true emulsions using a jet device is proposed. Mathematical models of hydrodynamic processes that occur in the jet device for separating true emulsions are proposed. The main geometrical characteristics of the jet device designed for separating true emulsions in a wide range of their physical characteristics are obtained.
