- Abstract
The article presents a case study of 50-year-man admitted to the hospital after suffering breathing difficulty and hoarseness for two weeks. Topics include observation of squishy mass in the glottic opening in endoscopic examination, anesthetic induction and transtracheal jet ventilation (TTJV) using a percutaneous transtracheal catheter. Also mentioned are radial arterial cannulation, intravenous injection of glycopyrrolate, and mechanical ventilation by endotracheal tube.
