Abstract
The article reports on the American court case filed against the Libyan leader, Mouammar Gadaffy and his government, for supplying explosives that killed and wounded thousands of people. Survivors and relatives of the victims are seeking millions of pounds in compensation and an apology from Libya through courts in the U.S. Lawyers claimed that almost 6,000 people were killed or injured with Libyan supplied guns and explosives.
