- Abstract
In order to enhance the reliability of drought risk assessment results, this study considered the migration and transformation process of the components of connection numbers at the micro-level, providing a more detailed characterization of the relationship between certainty and uncertainty within the continuous semi-partial subtraction set pair potential. The transfer information of partial same potential and partial reverse potential was corrected, and an evolutionary semi-partial subtraction was proposed. A regional drought risk assessment model was constructed based on the continuous evolutionary semi-partial subtraction set pair potential and applied to Jinan City. The results indicate that the modified values of continuous semi-partial subtraction set pair potential are consistent with the values of the five-element subtraction set pair potential concerning both the regional drought risk and the evaluation results of each subsystem in Jinan City. Compared with the five-element subtraction set, the continuous evolutionary semi-partial subtraction set has a slower change in the set pair potential, and the calculated subsystem has obvious differences in the set pair potential change trend of each index value set, which is convenient for identifying the disaster factors affecting the development trends of the subsystems.
