- Abstract
The time lag between contact and consolidation grouting under the condition of double shield TBM segment lining, obviously affects project construction progress. According to the tunnel grouting construction of Lanzhou Water Source Project, grouting test and comparative analysis with separated grouting and simultaneously grouting were carried out. The grouting test results show that the grouting quantity per unit of consolidation grouting in each sequential hole decreases with the rate of 69.8%. The grouting cement consumption also decreases obviously, which conforms to the grouting law of sequential infilling and the construction quality can meet the design requirements. Meanwhile, simultaneously grouting in same hole can effectively solve the 170 h time lag of process conversion when contact and consolidation grouting are separated and significantly improve the construction efficiency.
