- Abstract
The article "Content" provides an overview of the magazine "Computer und Recht" and its editors as well as the advisory board. Various essays and judgments on copyright law, software, data protection, and labor law are mentioned. One essay analyzes the relationship between copyright law and new contract law for digital products such as software and eBooks. Another essay deals with the topic of "Dark Patterns" in connection with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Digital Services Act (DSA). Judgments of the European Court of Justice (ECJ) and the Administrative Court of Wiesbaden on various legal issues are also mentioned.
