- Abstract
The article discusses Germany Bundesgerichtshof court case dealing with comprehensive weighing of fundamental rights related to right to be forgotten. The court held that comprehensive weighing of fundamental rights is required for a request to be removed from the list against Google's Internet search service, whereby the person responsible does not only have to act if they become aware of a Obvious and clearly visible violation of the law.
