- Abstract
A case study is presented which discusses 31-year old multigravida which was eligible for fetal myelomeningocele (MMC) and mentions that 3D ultrasound acquisition of the fetal lower back was performed gestation and exported n Cartesian Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) format. Fetoscopy simulator secured of Plexiglass base was used for surgical rehearsal. Several Surgical steps included placode dissection and 3D capabilities of ultrasound equipment.
