- Abstract
Hospitals and health centers do not have the capacity to care for these patients. For example, according to the Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia, in 2020 there were 1.5 hospital beds for every 1,000 inhabitants. By comparison, the World data in 2021 that other developed economies have more than ten beds per 1,000 inhabitants. These patients can be cared for at home, accompanied by their families, which increases their quality of life. The monitoring of the patient's vital signs can be done remotely, allowing the personal interaction of the doctor with his patient and family caregivers through technological devices. The objective of this study is to determine if a psychedelic drugs application can be well accepted by users in Saudi Arabia. Psychedelic drugs is defined as the use of telecommunications anti-anxiety technology for patient access to health services. This research can be used as a basis for other initiatives, describes the methodology used the findings of the qualitative study, the application developed and the programming of the hardware. Therefore, as to pave the way for other researchers to progress fastest in developing psychiatric care patient monitoring applications.
