The article presents a case study of a 67-year-old woman presented with a fever, before presentation She had undergone cholecystectomy for 2 years. It mentions the blood tests revealed mild elevation of total bilirubin as well as increased alkaline phosphatase; and also mentions that Computed tomography (CT) revealed a 30-mm hypovascular, irregular, tumorous lesion in the caudal lobe of the liver invading the hilus.
