- Abstract
The article focuses on the obstacles to the implementation of education programs for divorcing parents, which aims to educate parents on the effect of divorce on children and provide them with skills needed to address the problem. It mentions the difference between adopter courts, which adopted mandatory education programs for divorcing parents, and nonadopter courts, which did not adopt the said programs. The justifications of why some courts did not implement the said programs are discussed.
