- Abstract
The article focuses on the study in determining the development of Health and Human Services Call Center in Pennsylvania. The call center was established by the five state executive agencies with the cooperation of Policy Studies, Inc. (PSI). The five agencies and PSI have planned to expand the consumer demands as they observed increasing dissemination of information and referral assistance.
