- Abstract
The article discusses regional industry forecasts and the importance which these forecasts have in regards to the business outlook for an industry. According to the article, regional forecasts are important due to varying business conditions which can be found across a country. The author reports on various methodologies which are used to create regional industry forecasts. The differences which can be found regarding business conditions in regions throughout a country are mentioned. Difficulties which exists in creating regional forecasts are discussed.
