Information on the consensus meeting of an international panel of experts held in Bad Ischl, Austria in June 2012 on the best practices that guide family-centered early intervention (FCEIs) for children who are deal or hard of hearing (D/HH), is presented. It discusses the family-centered practice principles. The meeting featured several panel members including Daniel Holzinger, Johannes Fellinger, and discussant Mary Pat Moeller.
