- Abstract
The article discusses a study that adopted a laboratory approach for a complete quantification of anterior arthroscopic reach with ankle in full plantar flexion. The results of computed tomography simulation demonstrate that the medial and lateral arthroscopic reaches, both are highly affected by clinical plantarflexion. The talar dome is shown to be accessible anterior to the anterior distal tibial rim.
