- Authors
LEXCHIN, JOEL
- Abstract
Early in the COVID-19 pandemic, the federal government established a COVID-19 Vaccine Task Force to provide it with recommendations on a wide variety of issues related to vaccines. This article explores how the conf licts of interest of the Task Force members are declared and managed and what the implications are for the advice that they offer to the government. The Canadian government needs to go beyond just managing conf licts and work toward eliminating them on the Task Force.
